第一次碌蝦殼, 隻蝦突然跳起, 好驚, 即刻剪了牠的頭, 覺得好殘忍, 剪了頭後, 牠的尾還在動, 很驚。
味道一般, 豆腐有豆腐味, 蝦有蝦味, 但好像不太融和。
另一道是菜心炒肉片, 第一次切肉片, 時厚時薄, 加了新買的麻油, 好勁麻油味, 下次要少一點。簡單的菜但好味。
另一個是失敗的牛扒, 不值一提。
阿蘇賣廣告的麻油, 工展會$40/2pcs, 沒有買, 現在百佳$24.9/pc!

i usually chop the steak into small pieces to avoid this~ hahaha~~ especially when I have bought some expensive ones~ hehehe though it's not steak, at least we can still enjoy it~ I don't fry vege~ too fat for me~
